    Computer Requirements 

    Ringling College students, faculty and staff are welcome to contact Technical Support. Technical Support provides basic troubleshooting help and will report unresolved problems to the IT team for further assistance.

    An IT staff member can be reached at the Technical Support by phone at (941)359-7633 or in person at the Institutional Technology Center during normal business hours as specified below.

    IT maintains structured staff office hours. Office hours are provided to facilitate contact with specific IT staff members. During their office hours, specific staff members can be reached via Technical Support at Institutional Technology. Appointments should be made for individual staff members by calling (941)359-7633.
