    What if I have an Emergency?

    In case of emergency after hours, contact Campus Security at 941-359-7500 or pick up any red security phone on campus.

    What constitutes an emergency worth calling an IT staff member? For instance, if more than one person cannot log into more than one machine, this constitutes an after hours emergency. However, one person not being able to access e-mail is not considered an emergency.

    All other items should be reported to the IT team via Tech Support.
