Wireless Networking on Campus
Realizing that Wi-Fi is the preferred and most used method for portable devices, Ringling College has comprehensively implemented the most recent WiFi technology available. Our Wi-Fi network encompasses most of the Ringling College Campus, offering high speed to internet to any connected devices.
Eduroam
Eduroam is the primary wireless network used on campus. This fast and secure network provides basic internet access, but it also allows you access to protected campus resources. You will also be able to use this network at other locations around the world for internet access (though you will not be able to access protected campus resources from those locations). Eduroam is becoming the standard in Higher Education and it is available at more than 3,300 locations in the US, and more than 38,000 world wide. You can learn more about Eduroam at https://www.eduroam.us. You can view a map of the many locations where eduroam is available.
