Course Email Aliases
Faculty can use course email aliases to send email messages to an entire class. Students should not use these course aliases unless they have prior approval from the faculty member responsible for the course.
The class email addresses are in the following format (similar to the course shares):
That will send an email to the entire class. To send emails to individual students, you would need the roster and while you type the address in the "to" field, you can select the recipient as Gmail suggests possible recipients from the main directory.
