Find Your Network Address on a Mac

There are two ways of finding your network address on a Mac:

  1. Using the Apple System Profiler
  • Go to the "Applications" folder and navigate to the "Utilities" folder.
  • Double-click on "Apple System Profiler" or "System Profiler" (depending on your OS version).
  • Navigate to "Network" and write down or copy your "Ethernet Address"
  1. Using "System Preferences"
  • Go to the "Applications" folder.
  • Double-click on "System Preferences".
  • Click on "Network"
  • Choose "Built-in-Ethernet" and click on "Configure"
  • Click on "Ethernet" and write down or copy your "Ethernet ID"
