    Quicktime export error in Windows

    When trying to export a series of frames into a movie using Quicktime Pro, the process stops and fails around the 8-10% mark

    This is a known issue when trying the export feature on HP Z820 workstations.  The workstations affected by this hardware/software issue include Student Center 300, 311, 322 and Goldstein 2 Open lab.

    This item has been identified as an issue, but a solution is not yet known.  Therefore, please refer to instructions from your faculty to use alternate means to create quicktime movie in the affected locations.
