MAYA: “Ringling” Shelf is not showing
Symptom
When wanting to render on the Cluster, the ringling shelf is not visible nor any of the cluster rendering buttons
Cause
There could be a few reasons for the shelf not being there, from a new sets of preferences to the machines in the labs having been reimaged for maintenance.
Solution
To fix this we have to take two steps and set things going.
In the plug-in manager (Window -> Settings/Preferences -> Plug-In Manager), make sure the hpc-submit plugin is loaded and set to auto load.
Then you will need to re-load the Ringling shelf. The shelf is located in C:\Ringling\HPC\maya\scripts\shelf_Ringling.mel
