    Adobe InDesign Fails to Launch and Reports That your Previous Session has not Terminated

    Symptom (Mac OS X)
    InDesign will not launch and reports "Error: Your previous Adobe InDesign session has yet not terminated. Please try to launch the applications after some time."

    Cause
    Adobe InDesign cache files sometimes become corrupt.

    Solution
    Make sure you are logged into only one computer. In your NetworkHome/Library folder, click on the Caches folder and delete the Adobe InDesign folder. You'll need to log out and back in again and then launch InDesign.
