Adobe Creative Cloud Requests Sign-in Continuously and Refuses to Start

Affected: MacBook Pros with Adobe CC. Please contact us at support@ringling.edu if you notice this issue in the labs.

Symptom: Adobe CC refuses to start and instead asks for a sign-in to cloud services. Even after providing a valid sign-in, the prompt resurfaces repeatedly.

Cause: Currently under investigation with Adobe.

Workaround and Possible Fix: Close all Adobe applications and download and install the sign-in fix:  

Once you download the file, open it and run the application titled "Double-click for Fix". Contact us by writing to support@ringling.edu should you encounter further difficulty.
