    Network Access


    Campus residents can use an ethernet adapter with their Notebook to connect to the residential network from the residence halls. There are various type of adapters needed depending the make and model of your computer. Please contact IT Support if you are unsure of what type you may need before obtaining your own.

    If the ports in your room do not automatically provide you with an internet connection, please submit an IT Support Ticket at http://support.ringling.edu to request that it be turned on.

    Campus Portal


    The Campus Portal is the place to visit for access to all of Ringling College’s online services and campus announcements. When you sign on to the Campus Portal, you will have access to email, Self-Service, Canvas LMS, and Google Drive among other services. The Campus Portal is located at http://my.ringling.edu.


    You may send and receive email by visiting the Campus Portal at http://my.ringling.edu with a web browser. Once you sign on, click on the button labeled "Gmail" within "My Services" to access the electronic mail service and search for a user’s email address through the Ringling Online Directory. Email forwarding to external accounts is highly discouraged as faculty and staff expect you to send and receive email from your Ringling account.

    Campus Laboratory Printers

    Several laboratory black and white printers are available for use through the wireless network. Instructions on how to install these printers are available here.
