How To Get Help

Render Checklist

  • Have I adjusted sampling in individual channels before increasing Camera sampling?
  • Is motion blur on?
  • Do I have a renderable camera?
  • Am I rendering at the correct resolution?
  • Is my extension (name_#.ext) correct?
  • Did I chose EXR as the file output?
  • Have I made render passes? (zdepth, shadowcollector, etc)
  • Are my file textures the correct size? (either 512 or 1024 squares, MAX 2048 for closeups)
  • Have I baked out my HDR studio map if using HDRLightStudio? 
  • Are my render layers turned on/off correctly?
  • Is there a light in every render layer? Are the right lights on?
  • Are my textures all pathed to Sourceimages and in correct directory?
  • Is the geo correct in every render layer?
  • Am I rendering with the alpha channel?
  • Is my project directory correct? Have I set my project?
  • Do I have incorrect characters or spaces in my scene name/directory?
  • Have I tested a local render first?
  • Have I saved my scene first?
  • Have I sent a test sequence of FRAME STEP 10?
