How To Get Help

List of Common Rendering Mistakes

1.  Set render frame range to desired range (not “current frame”)

2.  Check Save boxes and give a save filename

3.  Ensure alpha is checked on if you want an alpha channel

4.  Set viewer camera to render camera in Object Manager

5.  Check that all referenced textures and assets are properly linked

6.  Save project with assets

7.  If using GI, make sure Auto Save and Auto Load are off in GI cache settings

8.  Ensure there are calculated MoGraph Cache tags on each cloner

9.  Check that all dynamic simulations and particles are cached

10.  If using Multi-Pass, make sure it is both checked in the sidebar and save pane. Ensure it gets checked on job submission as well. 

11.  When submitting through Athena, make sure you're not submitting your metadata file (._myfile.c4d) instead of your actual file (myfile.c4d)
